Company Notice – New Farm Produce Limited is in Administration

New Farm Produce Limited entered into Administration on 8 June 2026. Scott Bevan and Simon Chandler of Forvis Mazars LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
New Farm Produce Limited is continuing to trade under the Joint Administrators' supervision whilst any possibility of a sale of the business and assets as a going concern is explored. The Administrators have entered into a Business License Agreement with Haygrove Limited, and as such they are authorised to operate and manage day to day trading.
